The space
This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,600 square-feet of luxurious open living. Back yard oasis with heated pool, outdoor dining/lounging and waterfront hammocks. An abundance of waterfowl right in your backyard!

Property is ideal for family vacations as it is located in a family neighborhood in close proximity to other homes with small children.

Less than 10 miles to the nearest beach! Centrally located with easy access to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach.

Option to heat pool ($100). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, instapot, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Dining: Kitchen Counter with 5 stools. Dining room table that seats 6.

Poolside: Outdoor sectional sofa. Outdoor dining that seats 6.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $100/wk.
